We win together as one team.As a Customer Service Representative II - you will be responsible for entering and tracking customer orders ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Efficiently processing debit/credit memos. Maintaining an organized and comprehensive order filing system. Providing knowledgeable support for product-related inquiries striving to achieve high customer satisfaction. Address inbound calls and resolve order issues promptly aiming for first-call resolution. Train and mentor other Customer Service Representatives.Reporting to the Customer Service Manager this position is based in New Albany IN*.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via telephone or email providing non-technical problem resolution.Resolve routine and basic issues communicating solutions or requested information to customers.Analyze customer service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow-up as necessary.Utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information.Use a computerized system to gather information and confirm sales prompted by incoming calls.Promote products/services without a sales quota.Perform routine work following standard procedures.Communicate information requiring minimal explanation or interpretation.Train or mentor otherCustomer Service Representatives.DISCLAIMER:The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
