Job Details

This role supports customers through timely, accurate, and professional service in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, resolve issues, and process service requests that directly impact customer satisfaction and daily operations.

1st shift 8am to 5pm
Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact, confidently handling a high volume of inbound customer calls
  • Deliver exceptional service by answering questions related to billing, scheduling, and service support
  • Efficiently process payments, service updates, and work orders with accuracy and care
  • Clearly document customer interactions to ensure seamless follow-up and resolution
  • Consistently meet quality and productivity standards in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail
  • Proactive and self-motivated professional, able to think independently.
