Customer Service Representative (8AM-5PM Monday-Friday) at Principle Health Systems

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IIWe are seeking a professional and proactive Customer Service Representative II to join our team. This role is responsible for managing patient communications and ensuring smooth coordination of appointments within a medical office setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication multitasking and organizational skills along with a customer-first mindset.RESPONSIBILITIESPatient Communication and SchedulingOperate multiple telephone lines to manage incoming and outgoing calls.Confirm and re-schedule new patient and follow-up appointments.Verify and update patient information within the EMR system.Administrative SupportPerform other job-related tasks as assigned by management.REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role (medical office experience a plus but not required).Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Strong typing and keyboarding skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Resourceful and proactive in handling issues as they arise.Flexible and able to adapt to changing duties.Bilingual preferred but not required.PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to sit for extended hours while performing desk-based tasks.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a fast-paced environmentWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and committed to providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
