Great attendance a requirement. Are you a reliable person Description: Work schedule: Ability to work a flexible work schedule. (8am-430pm OR 1130am-8pm) Work location & Type: Remote once successful completion of training. Skills: Call Center experience is required. Perks to this assignment: Possible FTE position Additional info: Flexibility to schedule is a must. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients caregivers and providers. Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller. Provide accurate information to the caller. Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers. Resolve the callers needs. Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller. Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures. Ability to work a flexible work schedule. (8am-430pm to 1130am-8pm) Job Requirements/Previous Experience: Previous call center experience preferred. Previous healthcare experience desired Excellent interpersonal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Able to type 35 wpm or greater. Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.
