Know the most popular things to do at each stop.Provide local tourism-related information with accuracy.Required Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesHigh degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently or as a team within the scope of established rules and regulations.Ability to deal with unpleasant angry or discourteous people in a pleasant calm and courteous manner.Ability to read write and speak clear English in order to communicate with co-workers and the general public.Ability to learn new duties policies and procedures and adjust to new situation encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time.Ability to work with money credit cards and cash receipts.QualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalent preferredPrior customer service experience preferredOutgoing and enjoy working with the publicOther Requirements Must pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testing.TWIC Pass federal background check and Key West Port PassHave a passion for helping people and making their Key West experience a memorable one.
