JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Service Rep. Sales

Assists customer with status reports and assist the sales department w/ filing, invoicing, tracking expense reports, process check requests, assist in sales order process, and literature.

Essential Functions and Activities:

  • Interact with customer via phone and in person.
  • Enter orders and quotations.
  • Complete and update credit applications and verify credit limits.
  • Update supplier forms when required.
  • Provide customer status reports.
  • Manage documentation for the "SOX" compliant form.
  • Send out weekly customer status reports.
  • Set-up ship-to to correspond to customer.
  • Manage customer master.
  • Quote all internet leads.
  • Cross check acknowledgements to quotes and DN's.
  • Manage the Morgan Olson presentation starter, assist sales team when requested.
  • File orders and organize the system.
  • Enter all sales change orders including BBIS (bring back in shop) orders.
  • Participate in Pilot reviews and customer events. Provide meeting notes when required.
  • Credit and re-bill.
  • Create a centralized competitive database for pricing, G2, quotes, advertising etc.
  • Print the pre-invoices and MSO when required. Get approval to send to customer.
  • Mail out customer literature.
  • Develop strong product knowledge of (Walk-in, Truck Bodies, Services Center, and Service Parts).
  • Cover the overflow of incoming calls.
  • Supports and participates in Morgan Olson PPS team efforts.
  • Adheres to quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer-focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.
  • Adheres to safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Two years of college with 3-5 years' work experience
  • Good Computer skills proficient in Microsoft: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
