Job Title:Customer Service Representative / Junior Service AdvisorLocation:  101 Jet Way Clarksville TN 37043Job Overview:As an Customer Service Representative / Junior Service Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive you are the person that our guests look to when they need help with their vehicle. You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment in their vehicle and because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers. You will drive our branded vehicle and are expected to adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Additionally you will provide excellent customer service by greeting our guests assisting with getting in and out of the shuttle and ensuring the shuttle is clean and comfortable. This position will be respobsible for creating a welcoming and positive guest experience both in person and over the phone by consistently offering clear communication and genuine hospitality.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processesCheck guests in and outHandle warranty-related service needs helping customers understand their coverage while ensuring claims are submitted correctly and on time.Perform quality control checks before returning vehicles to customers.Answer phone calls and schedule appointmentsProviding a safe shuttle service for our valued guestsTreating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian BrothersProviding a safe nice difference service for our valued guests in our branded company shuttle vehicleAssist with basic office upkeep such as tidying shared spaces and restocking supplies as needed.Keeps a timely shuttle routeAssists passengers in getting in and out of vehiclesAssisting the shop with receiving processing incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as neededNotifies the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require such as oil changes tires cleaning and general maintenanceKeep the shuttle tidy and organizedFollow all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedQualifications : Qualifications:Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve othersMust have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff vendors and guestValid state drivers licenseMeet required insurance driving record parametersEnjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwarePhysical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to sit stand walk talk and hearThe employee is occasionally required to balance stoop kneel and/or crouchThe employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision color vision and the ability to adjust focusBeing dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m.Additional Information : Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency integrity and a philosophy of people first.
