Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities: Providing excellent customer service by addressing customers inquiries and resolving complaints via phone email or in-person Handling customer orders processing returns and managing product exchanges Maintaining customer accounts and updating information in the database Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolvedEssential Qualifications: Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with customers Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications High school diploma or equivalentDesired Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Experience in a retail or e-commerce setting is preferredSalary & Benefits:The salary for this position ranges from $60000 to $80000 per year depending on experience and qualifications.
