Responsibilities involve handling administrative complaints for department researching accounts and preparing responses to complaints and inquiries.QualificationsREQUIRED:1. a. Two (2) years experience in customer service collections or related field OR; b. Associates Degree in Business.2. Good verbal communication skills. PREFERRED:1. B.S. degree in Business or Accounting.2. Basic knowledge of hospital terminology applicable to patient billing.3. Three (3) years experience in customer service collections or related field.4.
