Role Purpose
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by resolving warranty and service inquiries, coordinating solutions, and ensuring clear, timely communication from first contact through resolution.
In this role, you will work directly with builders, contractors, and homeowners while partnering internally with service, sales, and operations teams to drive efficient outcomes and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, providing information and resolving warranty and non-warranty issuesAnswer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionallyProcess warranty claims and service requests in a timely mannerAct as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders (field service, sales, plant management, engineering) to resolve order or service issuesCoordinate and schedule service activities, ensuring timely follow-up and resolutionProcess payment transactions with a high level of accuracy and confidentialityExpedite special requests to meet customer timelines and expectationsMaintain a positive, flexible approach when handling challenging situations or customer demandsPerform administrative and clerical duties as neededCore Skills (Required)
Customer Communication: Strong phone presence with excellent listening and communication skillsProblem Solving: Ability to assess issues and determine appropriate next stepsOrganization & Accuracy: Detail-oriented with strong follow-throughTime Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentScheduling & Coordination: Experience managing appointments and service timelinesCollaboration: Ability to partner effectively across teamsProfessional Judgment: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretionQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required2–3 years of previous customer service, scheduling, or dispatch experience preferredAbility to manage a multi-line phone systemStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience in manufacturing, construction, or service-related industries is a plusExperience with windows, building materials, or warranty processes is helpful but not requiredWhat Success Looks Like
