We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering high quality customer support and helping clients their needs efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative you will respond to client inquiries via email, phone and chat platforms Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and strengthen customer support initiatives As a Customer Service Representative you will assist with client queries ensuring efficient customer support throughout. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems. the Customer Service Representative will identify opportunities to enhance overall customer support delivery.
