Professional Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Agent . This unique hybrid role combines customer service responsibilities with data entry and operational tasks, offering variety and growth opportunities. The idealcandidate will excel in delivering exceptional service to players while ensuring accuracy and compliance in race monitoring and betting operations. Key Responsibilities Respond to player inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and high-quality support. Manage multiple interactions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards. Explain regulations, policies, and procedures clearly and professionally to players. Verify player accounts and confidential information in strict compliance with company processes. Research and resolve issues related to deposits, GEO location failures, and returned checks. Monitor horse races across multiple time zones, ensuring accurate recording of race data and outcomes. Build and audit race pools and card data, validating third-party information for accuracy. Identify and address race-related incidents promptly, escalating issues when necessary. Monitor betting systems to ensure proper handling of incidents and payout delays when required. Navigate various streaming platforms (CTV and OTT) efficiently for race monitoring. Utilize tools such as Splunk to analyze data and troubleshoot issues effectively. Set reminders and follow up on open tasks to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with online customer engagement platforms. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Meet licensing requirements with regulatory agencies. Genuine interest in sports and the betting industry. Awareness of pool betting and Tote products is desirable. Must have a flexible schedule. Hours of operation are 6am-11pm daily.
