Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing this role you will field calls emails and chat requests from customers who have questions comments or complaints about our products and services. You will also assist customers in placing orders. All of our Customer Service Representatives are trained to understand the full menu of our offerings so that they can provide our customers with excellent service. We prefer candidates who have some background in customer service or sales but we are willing to train the right person.Duties and ResponsibilitiesListen document and help resolve conflicts with customersAnswer questions or handle complaints from customersField phone calls emails and chat requestsProvide information to customers about order status and product queriesProcess customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and proceduresWork closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit itemsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentCustomer service experience a plusExperience with corporate phone systems or switchboard preferredFlexible schedule Key Skills Typing,Data Entry,Customer Service,Basic Math,Computer Skills,Windows,Banking,Upselling,Pricing,Sanitation,Cash Handling,Stocking Employment Type : Remote Experience: years Vacancy: 1
