Customer Service Representative at Taj Staffing

A respected community-focused insurance agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial Lines team. This role supports new business renewals and daily client service while ensuring accurate policy management. If you are organized client-focused and experienced in insurance we want to hear from you! What Youll Do New Business Support Manage incoming commercial insurance leads Gather underwriting info and required documents Prepare applications proposals and quote requests Client Service Respond to client calls and emails Process endorsements and policy changes Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Assist with billing questions and basic claims support Renewal Support Collect renewal documents Update applications for remarketing Schedule renewal review meetings Administrative Maintain accurate records in the agency management system Ensure documents meet compliance standards What You Need 12 years of insurance experience (Commercial Lines preferred) Active 4-40 or 2-20 license (or willing to obtain) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Experience with COIs endorsements and carrier communication Familiarity with systems like Nexsure (or similar) Nice to Have Commercial Lines experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Knowledge of GL WC BOP Property Auto and Umbrella.
