Customer Service Representative at TEKsystems

Description

Perform customer-focused tasks related to quoting, order entry and maintaining customer satisfaction; Quote and estimate customer-provided conceptual engineering prints; Assist with the proper evaluation and approval of design changes, specifications, and drawing releases; Interact with both customers and other departments within facility throughout the various stages of product development; Assist in customer follow-up and maintenance to insure customer satisfaction and service on existing accounts in a timely manner; Manage products and orders through the ERP system and communicate with other departments; Discuss multiple products and services in a high-paced environment; Assist customers with time-sensitive tasks and projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or engineering preferred or equivalent experience; 2+ years of experience in sales, preferred; Experience in account management and customer service at a manufacturer; Related business experience in the semiconductor, military, aerospace, medical, and industrial markets; Experience reading blueprints

This is a Permanent position based out of Libertyville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $66500.00 - $88000.00/yr.

10% quartly bonus for hitting sales goals

This is a fully onsite position in Libertyville,IL.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 31, 2026.
