Customer Service Specialist I- Fire Alarm InstallFull Time M-F 1st ShiftJob Responsibilities:Keep company software systems up to dateAssist Coordinators with work orders for Inventory and BillingMaintains regular contact with customers to provide periodic scheduling updatesBack up Coordinators when on PTOEnsure all necessary documentation (permits certifications) for fire alarm final inspections are in placeAttend weekly job meetings with the sales departmentWork with the Billing department on job progression and completion dates including job costingWork with Project Managers Schedulers and sales on all projectsPrioritize upcoming jobs via email requests and sales interactionsWork with the Compliance department on any paperwork that needs to be uploadedPerform routine clerical duties within fast-paced department while adhering to established standardsCoordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflowUpdate production spreadsheets in ExcelJob Requirements:HS Diploma or equivalentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)Ability to work in computer based construction softwareMust be organized and professionalGood verbal communication written communication and listening skillsData entry with an eye for accuracyThis role takes place in an office environment with regular use of phone computer. Walking bending standing and sitting are typical of this role.This role pays hourly based on experience with a target range of $22-23/hour.
