Job Description

As a Customer Service Supervisor (CSS) you are a motivated leader who plays a key role in supporting store operations. Youll work side-by-side with peer supervisors and store leaders to deliver excellent customer service boost sales and keep the store safe organized and fully stocked.What Youll Do:Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.Support and collaborate with leadership team to achieve store goals in sales expenses Associate retention and training.Lead motivate and train Associates to drive sales and performance during shift.Ensure consistent execution of customer service programs policies and store technology components.Manage cash processes inventory vendor check-ins and store safety.Maintain accurate inventory by performing regular cycle counts and smart ordering to help maximize sales and ensure customers find what they need.Benefits:We are committed to offering inclusive meaningful benefits and rewards that support our Associates financially physically and emotionally.
