Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.Analyze transactions correct records and adjust errors. Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.Respond to customer inquiries about pricing availability and lead times. Provide accurate and timely information.Process customer orders and RMAs accurately. Collaborate with other departments for order completion.Maintain product knowledge including prices delivery times and marketing promotions. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity. In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive plan field service incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
