Generate new leads and identify sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking within the local Pittsburgh market. Conduct thorough needs analyses to develop customized telecommunications solutions that address specific business challenges. Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to develop and execute targeted strategies to increase market share for the Customer Success Associate role. Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings to maintain a comprehensive understanding of the B2B telecom landscape. Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner in our CRM system. Skills and Qualifications A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys building rapport with others. A hunger for success and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Exceptional time management and organizational skills. Resilient and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a passion for learning. No prior sales experience is required; we provide all the tools you need to succeed as an Customer Success Associate. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
