The Mathnasium Method the result of decades of hands-on instruction and development has been transforming the lives of children through math since 2002 and continues to be shared through in-person online and hybrid instruction.Position Summary:The Customer Success Associate is a leadership-track role to focus on student success in math achievement. Gain hands-on experience in operations customer service team coordination and business development. No advanced math knowledge required; we will provide full training.Key Responsibilities:Enrollment & Customer Service:Handle enrollment calls schedule visits conduct math assessments and guide new families through the enrollment and onboarding processesEnsure customer satisfaction (both parents and students) in areas such as student progressattitude and engagement through all communication channelsAdministrative Leadership:Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency and administer assessments to identify learning gaps and create personalized learning plansManage student curriculum update progress in the center system and work with management on ensuring efficiency in center operationTraining & Development:Manage instructional staff provide coaching and help improve team performanceAssume the roles for Instructor and Lead Instructor duties as needed and manage all related tasksQualifications (Skills & Traits for Success):Passion for helping others and a genuine curiosity about people (both children and adults)Growth mentality and open to constructive feedbackAbility to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication(both written and oral) interpersonal skills and teamworkAbility to work well with diverse groups of peopleStrong problem-solving abilities reliability and efficiencyPrior experience in office management and multi-tasking experience is a huge plusOrganized proactive and detail-orientedExcellent time management and prioritization skill Compensation: $65000.00 - $80000.00 per year Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing LLC (Mathnasium). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center.
