Position Overview


Henry Hire is seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Customer Success Manager to join our growing team as we expand our custom solutions for businesses. While our career development tools remain free for job seekers, we partner with organizations to create custom products including training simulations, application process quizzes, and visualized career growth paths. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in customer success to make a meaningful impact while helping businesses create better career development experiences for their employees.


Key Responsibilities


  • Business Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients who utilize our custom training tools and career development solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and strategic discussions about their workforce development needs.

  • Custom Solution Onboarding: Lead new business clients through the implementation of our custom products including training simulations, skills assessments, and career visualization tools. Provide comprehensive training on platform features and work with clients to establish success metrics and adoption strategies.

  • Account Growth & Retention: Identify expansion opportunities within existing business accounts and collaborate with sales teams to introduce additional custom solutions. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns while developing strategies to increase engagement with our training and development tools.

  • Product Advocacy & Market Insights: Serve as the voice of business clients internally, gathering feedback about our custom solutions to share with product development teams. Stay current on workplace training trends and contribute insights about how our tools can better serve corporate learning and development needs.


Required Qualifications


  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field preferred but not required. 0-2 years of professional experience in customer service, account management, client relations, or related field. Fresh graduates and career changers are welcome to apply.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with natural ability to build rapport and trust with business clients. Genuine interest in helping others succeed and comfort with presenting to business stakeholders at various levels within organizations.

  • Learning Agility & Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies with enthusiasm for understanding business training and development needs. Ability to adapt communication style to work effectively with diverse clients and internal teams.

  • Organization & Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously. Natural problem-solving instincts and persistence in finding solutions that work for both clients and Henry Hire's mission of democratizing career development.


Technical Requirements


  • Remote Work Setup: Reliable high-speed internet connection with backup options, professional home office environment suitable for video calls with clients, and familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms.

  • Customer Success Tools: Experience with customer success platforms, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools. Ability to track and interpret customer usage data, health scores, and engagement metrics to drive actionable insights.

  • CRM & Data Management: Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and ability to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions, and generate reports. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Learning Agility: Ability to quickly master new products and features as our platform evolves. Comfort with beta testing new functionality and providing feedback to development teams while maintaining customer confidence.

Work Schedule


This position operates during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST) with some flexibility for client meetings across different time zones. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for urgent customer issues or during product launches and major updates.
