We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with prior experience in GISCityworksandcustomer/accountmanagement.In addition to the responsibilities listed below this role willprovidethe everyday technical touch like software demos webinars emails phone calls virtual and on-sitecustomervisits staffing conferences and nurturing various Trimble integrationsandcommunications.Increase customer platform usage and adoptionEnsure customer satisfactionand retentionEstablish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with the local government customers to drive strategic valueWork with customers toestablishcritical goals keyperformanceindicatorsand aid the customer in achieving their goals and overall visionManage customer escalations tovarious Trimble teamsDevelop andmaintaincoreproductknowledgeinCityworks Trimble Utilities softwareandPavement ExpressTRAVEL:Approximately30-40%.What Skills & Experience You Should BringBS/BA in business management GIS geography related fieldSolid knowledge of local or county governmentKnowledge of Community Development (building permitting processes code enforcementbusiness licensing) Public Works and Utilities in municipal and/or utility districts (water wastewater stormwater streets and traffic)Knowledge ofCityworksGainsight Salesforce CRM and of Esri GISPrior experience in customer/account managementAbility to interact withcustomerteams at various levels of technical and non-technical depthAbout Our DivisionThe Local GovernmentDivision within theOwner & Public Sectoris a leading provider of enterprise asset management (EAM)softwareand pavement managementsoftware for utilities and local Pavement Expresssolutions address the global challenges associated withmaintainingand replacing aging utility transportation and public assets and infrastructure.Cityworksis a GIS-centric enterprise management tool available in conjunction with Esris ArcGIS Server as well as with most other platform offerings and extensions to the ability to create and track permits cases licenses service requests work orders inspections and tests while managing the tasks resources (labor material and equipment) associated with a maintenance fully integrated with Esris leading GIS technology MicrosoftOfficeand Crystal Reports.Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
