As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be the gateway for customers to access and choose the right Frontier products. The Customer Success Representative role is central to guiding clients, clarifying available plans, and enrolling them effectively. As a Customer Success Representative , your role is critical in shaping the initial client perception of Frontier. The Customer Success Representative will be trained to conduct detailed enrollments, manage the intricacies of account activation, and provide definitive explanations of our service level agreements, ensuring a compliant and efficient start to the client lifecycle. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Success Representative Guide clients through account setup, service enrollment, and plan selection, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Frontier's fiber internet, wireless, and bundled solutions. Deliver clear product information by explaining Frontier's connectivity options, addressing client inquiries, and helping clients select services that best fit their needs. Strengthen client engagement by documenting interactions in CRM systems, tracking enrollment milestones, and capturing feedback to support retention and compliance. Resolve enrollment challenges by clarifying service features, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and escalating complex cases for timely resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent messaging, uphold service standards, and deliver seamless customer experiences across Frontier's offerings. Advance professional growth through structured training in client enrollment, consultative communication, and emerging telecom technologies relevant to Frontier's expansion. What We're Looking For in a Customer Success Representative High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, business, or marketing preferred. Strong communication abilities, with proven skill in building rapport and clearly presenting service options. Experience in customer support, retail, or sales is highly valued, particularly within subscription-based or telecom environments. Organized, proactive, and collaborative, with a growth mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction. Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools to manage accounts, track engagement, and streamline workflows for accuracy and compliance.
