The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for processing all incoming contracts and documentation from dealers and customers while delivering exceptional customer service experience. This role ensures clear and comprehensive communication of product terms and conditions facilitates understanding of payment processes and accurately conveys all contract details to customers.
