Customer Support Specialist (Multi-Occupation Spec-General)Company:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Global Services (BGS) Training Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our Seattle Customer Training Campus. At this campus we conduct maintenance training programs for airlines and maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) organizations from around the this role you will serve and assist guests (training students) as well as other visitors to our Training Campus.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at the Seattle Customer Training Campus.Position ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to visitors and guests queries and needsIdentify and recommend areas for process improvementManage urgent schedule and training adjustments as neededSet up classrooms by course schedulesMaintain and replenish student course supplies as necessaryPrepare student kits for shipment for upcoming remote coursesCoordinate with internal teams to upload student information for visitor badgingHandle secure documentation processes involving highly sensitive personal informationFacilitate hotel and transportation needs of guests and visitorsEnsure campus is in appropriate condition to support training needsEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support services and document complianceMinimum 3 years of experience working in a multi-functional team environmentExperience with data analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentExperience implementing process or strategy improvements with knowledge of Lean practicesExperience in strategic planning rolesStrong interpersonal skills teamwork and customer focusTypical Education & Experience:High School diploma/GED or equivalentTypically 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associates degree)Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
