Customer Training SpecialistCompany:Boeing Qatar IncThe Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is seeking a F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructor in the following discipline: Armament. This is a long term assignment to Qatar- Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Prior to expatriating to Doha you would be in Saint Louis MO for approximately 5 weeks for training.Position Responsibilities:Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content objectives and design.Oversees activities the development delivery and evaluation of technical training.Establishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectiveness.Uses specialized software technology to research configure maintain update and develop new and existing media and materials.Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities.Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.Coaches and develops others.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems.Minimum of 3 years experience leading cross-functional geographically dispersed teams.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 10 years experience with maintenance working on aircraft armament systems.Minimum of 5 years experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft.Minimum of 2 years experience with training courseware development with platform instructions.Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.General:All information provided will be checked and may be verified.Please apply ASAP for this role as recruitment may commence before the end date.Pay Transparency & Total Rewards:At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
