Position Title: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologist Location: Houston TX Job Type: Contract Local or Travel Shift: Days 8.5 hrs/day 5 days/week Duration: 14-week assignment Pay Rate: $42$45/hr Weekly Pay: $1680$1800/weekPosition Overview:Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Surgical Technologistfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Houston TX.Responsibilities:Assist the surgeon during cardiovascular operative and invasive procedures as a scrub surgical technologist.Prepare maintain and manage surgical instruments equipment and supplies required for procedures.Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and infection control policies.Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate physician needs and respond efficiently during procedures.Provide perioperative patient care while maintaining patient safety and comfort.Serve as a mentor and resource for other surgical staff sharing expertise and best practices.Follow all facility policies procedures and protocols.Participate in ongoing training and maintain current knowledge of surgical technologies and techniques.Qualifications:Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) through NBSTSA or NCCT.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Demonstrated experience in cardiovascular surgical procedures or specialty perioperative care.Knowledge of sterile technique surgical instrumentation and operating room protocols.Strong communication teamwork and critical thinking skills.Ability to function effectively under the direction of a Registered Nurse and within a multidisciplinary surgical team.For more details contact ator Call / Text at.About Navitas Healthcare LLC certified WBENC and one of the fastest-growing healthcare staffing firms in the US providing Medical Clinical and Non-Clinical services to numerous hospitals.
