Part-time Temporary InternshipDescriptionTitle: CX Associate (Administrative Intern)Salary: $15.00 an hourJob PostingWe are seeking an enthusiastic organized individual to serve in our office as a CX Intern (part-time temporary position through April). This position is a key role at the Firm helping our Client Experience (administrative) team. Office Administrative DutiesAssist with the front office ensure the office is neat organized stocked and decorated appropriately.Assist with client or Firm administrative projects as needed or directed.Maintain client and firm files scan documents to electronic filing systems organize confidential client and firm information.2. Actively engages in the work of the FirmParticipates in Nichols events training staff meetings and town hall sessions active presence on Teams with cameras on3. Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications (Excel Word Outlook)Ability to learn new systems quickly4. Demonstrates understanding and clarity of Nichols structure values mission and focus5.
