REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have prior litigation experience, and be a passionate, highly motivated, dynamic individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and above all a team player. The candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal research abilities, and superb writing and oral communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of the desired office is strongly preferred.

The successful candidate will join the firm's cutting-edge cyber, privacy, and data innovation team. Responsibilities will include working on a robust pipeline of sophisticated, innovative, and industry-leading litigation, including class actions, across a range of clients in technology, finance, life sciences, and energy. This position offers the candidate the opportunity to assume early and significant responsibility in managing all aspects of complex disputes and litigation, including working directly with clients, managing all aspects of discovery, taking and defending depositions, making court appearances and handling oral argument at key hearings, handling mediations, etc.
