Daily Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPerform regular cycle counts of freight, inventory, trailers, and related assetsAudit inbound and outbound shipments by comparing physical counts to shipping documents and manifestsIdentify, investigate, and document discrepancies between physical inventory and system recordsAssist with root cause analysis and corrective action implementationMaintain accurate inventory and location records in warehouse or yard management systemsUpdate trailer, bin, and freight labeling and location dataComplete required documentation, including adjustment reports, discrepancy logs, and shipping/receiving recordsCollaborate with warehouse staff, yard teams, carriers, and logistics coordinators to support smooth freight flowFollow all safety protocols, inventory controls, and documentation procedures Requirements & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse logisticsWorking knowledge of inventory systems, basic computer applications, and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail with the ability to investigate and reconcile discrepanciesPhysical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams Apply TodayIf you're ready to put your inventory accuracy skills to work in a high-energy freight environment, this is your chance.
