Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead cycle counts investigate inventory variances and ensure accurate accounting across departments.Monitor inventory movements analyze accuracy metrics and recommend system/process improvements.Maintain internal controls and optimize transaction codes in Movex for efficiency.Audit receiving/shipping processes and ensure compliance with documented procedures.Resolve negative balances and BOM issues; ensure proper substitution documentation.Support manufacturing variance analysis and troubleshoot discrepancies.Assist with annual physical inventory planning and execution.Participate in LEAN initiatives to improve inventory accuracy and material flow.Uphold quality standards company values and policy compliance.Continuously develop technical skills and complete other duties as assigned.Qualifications : EDUCATION and EXPERIENCEAssociate degree in Business Finance Supply Chain Management or related field preferred or 6 months of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
