Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehouse management industry, is seeking a Cycle Counter to join their team. As a Cycle Counter, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jersey Village, TX

Pay Range: $19.25

Shift: 2nd

What's the Job?

• Conduct weekly inventory control audits to ensure accuracy of stock records
• Verify that items are stored correctly and are identifiable during cycle counts
• Check items for physical deterioration and report issues to supervisors
• Recount items with variances outside of tolerance levels and determine causes of errors
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities related to inventory counts and comply with warehouse procedures

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in cycle counting or warehouse operations
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Forklift license and/or experience is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
