D365/Microsoft Dynamics Data Analyst Location: Remote for now but with RTO in June 2026 must sit in Denver (MT) - heart of downtown Omaha or Minneapolis (CST) Duration - 1 to 2 yearl Long Job Summary: The IT Data Support Technician is responsible for the critical management of master data elements ensuring high levels of data quality integrity accuracy and completeness across various data domains in alignment with company policy and standards. This role involves close collaboration with IT and business units to support data governance data cleansing and data enrichment activities. Key Responsibilities: Executes the creation modification and retirement of master data across multiple data domains in a timely manner. Maintain and ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data across business systems. Act as a liaison between business and IT teams and be the main point of contact for data-related questions. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to uphold data standards and policies. Conduct data analysis to identify data inconsistencies and quality issues. Participate in data governance committees and contribute to the development of data management strategies. Support the integration of master data elements during system migrations and upgrades. Provide training and support to users on data management practices and procedures. Create and maintain documentation about master data management such as manuals templates and system settings. Top Skills: MUST have D365/Microsoft Dynamics exp SharePoint and ServiceNow domains Advanced Excel skills used for bulk data uploads Excel macros. Not native in the applications but having the knowledge to utilize them is a huge time saver. Power Apps experience anything within the Microsoft Suite is helpful Details: Looking for someone to support their items and product segments Working alongside two other team members who support customer and vendor Important that they can step in and support the other segments if needed Day to day: Working within D365/Microsoft Dynamics Maintaining SharePoint and ServiceNow domains Review requestors (different LOBs/internal stakeholders) tickets making sure they have what they need then updating within the data domains Create new modify existing OR eliminate/terminate Could see 10-20 requests per day some may require manual entry which take longer than others MUST have excellent soft skills/communication skills Will be working with the business as they send in requests might be some scenarios they have to say no/pushback Collaborative team members MUST have excellent communication skills written and verbal Qualifications: Experience in data analysis and management. Understanding of data structures data modeling and data governance principles. Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills. Proficient in data-related software and tools. Preferred Skills: Experience with ERP systems particularly in data modules in Microsoft Dynamics/D365 Familiarity with data quality tools and methodologies. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
