Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in HVAC components, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to follow instructions effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Manheim, PA

Pay Range: $19 to $20

Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11:30pm

What's the Job?

• Interpret basic dimension specifications, simple prints, and instructions to determine work to be done.
• Perform manual and repetitive assembly and sub-assembly functions including screwing, and bolting parts to shafts and dampers.
• Follow instructions to build finished products that meet technical standards and are free of defects.
• Operate various equipment such as drills, riveters, spot welders, drill presses, and other tools as necessary.
• Conduct daily inspections to ensure the quality of finished products and identify defects for rework.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to operate hand tools effectively.
• Ability to read and understand written English and follow work orders.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive bending, reaching, stretching, and twisting.
