We are growing and we need your help.Duties & Responsibilities- Deliver the Fitness Central experience to our members and clients in each session.- Adhere to Fitness Central group fitness training standards and procedures.- Continuously monitor the exercise/movement intensity of your member(s) throughout your class.- Report to your class a minimum of 15 minutes before session start to ensure everything is set up properly.- Begin and end each class on time.- Execute your class on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum.- Communicate with the General Manager on member feedback, equipment and operation status as well as scheduling and subbing.- Ensure the equipment that was used is put away, sanitized and properly stored.Knowledge & Qualifications- Instructors must have a current training certification.-Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification.- Must be well-versed in basic anatomy and kinesiology.- Must be eager to learn and continue professional development and education.
