Data Analyst (Efforts to Outcomes Experience) at Latitude

This role is primarily remote. 1-2 onsite days monthly in the Baltimore areaSalary: $/yearThe Data Analyst will support the organizations mission by collecting analyzing and reporting program data to inform decision-making improve outcomes and demonstrate impact. The ideal candidate has experience with ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) or similar case management/outcomes tracking systems and can translate complex data into actionable insights for program teams and leadership.Responsibilities: Extract clean and analyze program and client data from ETO and other sources to produce accurate reports and dashboards.Develop and maintain metrics and KPIs to monitor program performance and client outcomes.Generate custom reports and visualizations for program staff funders and stakeholders.Collaborate with program managers and leadership to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational and funder requirements.Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights for program evaluation and strategic planning.Assist in the design and implementation of data collection tools and processes within ETO.Requirements:Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field Prior experience working in a nonprofit ETO (Efforts to Outcomes experience)$70000 - $80000 a yearRequired Experience:IC Key Skills Data Analytics,Microsoft Access,SQL,Power BI,R,Data Visualization,Tableau,Data Management,Data Mining,SAS,Data Analysis Skills,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
