Job Title : Data Analyst (Oracle SQL Tableau Criminal Justice) Location: Atlanta GA (Remote ) We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Primary Duties and Responsibilities Perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision Extract primary data from Oracle databases using SQL Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and produce ongoing reports Provide timely and accurate data to fulfill internal and external data requests Identify compile and clean data for research projects Identify analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Oversee evaluation and research projects Communicate evaluation plans and details to leadership and stakeholders Collaborate with external research partners to ensure understanding of data points and data sets Develop and monitor internal and external data requests Manage summarize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data Summarize and explain research findings and their implications Prepare findings for publication Develop review and abstract published research Produce data visualization dashboards using Tableau Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field and experience in a related lead or supervisory role OR Associates degree in a related field and related experience including time in a lead or supervisory role OR Experience at the lower-level IT Business Analyst role or equivalent position Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with: Reporting packages (e.g. Business Objects) Databases (SQL Oracle) Programming (XML JavaScript ETL frameworks) Experience accessing and extracting data from institutional or organizational databases Strong analytical skills with attention to detail accuracy and the ability to disseminate significant amounts of information Experience in the Criminal Justice field and/or Data Management/Analysis Proficiency in queries report writing and presenting findings Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau If you meet these qualifications please submit your application via link provided in Linkedin.
