DescriptionJob Description:Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team and support data-driven decision-making across our organization. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to business operations, financial performance, and customer insights. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve efficiency and business outcomes.  Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Work closely with various departments, including operations, finance, and sales, to provide data-driven recommendations. Identify process inefficiencies and provide insights for operational improvements. Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems. Use SQL, Excel, and other data tools to extract and manipulate data. Support automation of reporting processes to enhance efficiency.Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders. Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries is a plus but not required.
