The Data Analyst will own the schools enrollment management responsibilities reporting and analyzing data trends across all aspects of the student lifecycle. The ideal candidate has experience developing reports in Excel Tableau and/or Salesforce and has a keen understanding of how their work supports the goals of the organization.This is a full-time position and reports to the Director of Data Analytics. This position is a hybrid work arrangement (subject to change).ResponsibilitiesProduce reports on application admission enrollment and retention data for internal and external reporting purposesTranslate organizational requirements into reports and visualizationsDevelop and maintain Tableau reports and dashboardsSupport front-end Tableau users to troubleshoot issuesWork closely with Salesforce users to maintain data integrityCollaborate with various USC staff to execute organizational goalsRespond to ad hoc report requests from schools and unitsPerforms other related duties as assigned or requested. The university reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.QualificationsBachelors degree Masters preferred1-2 years of experience with Tableau or similar tools preferredSalesforce experience is a plusDatabase management experienceDemonstrated ability to gather requirements and develop solution in a business or organizational settingMust be able to produce quality reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to diverse stakeholdersDetail-oriented with experience documenting processesStrong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsThe annual base salary range for this position is $84855.38 - $95016.82.
