Associated Bank conducts a thorough background check on all new hires.Role SummaryAs a Data Analytics Consultant youll sit at the intersection of data and strategy to help shape how we acquire deepen and retain our most affluent clients. Youll turn insights into clear business actions that guide senior leaders and influence portfolio growth. This role offers the opportunity to build new capabilities drive meaningful decisions and elevate the Private Wealth experience.Key AccountabilitiesAnalyze Private Wealth product and portfolio performance across deposits lending investments and trust to uncover growth and retention opportunities.Deliver clear customer insights including behavior profitability and lifetime value to inform acquisition and deepening strategies.Identify high-value Retail clients ready for Private Wealth and support targeted campaigns with next-best-action recommendations.Forecast client and portfolio outcomes by partnering with Product Finance Marketing and Analytics teams to model scenarios and quantify business impact.Benchmark performance using internal and external data to understand competitive trends and guide strategic planning.Integrate data from trust retail CRM and digital systems to create unified views that elevate data quality and decision-making.Build intuitive dashboards and tools that enable business partners to access insights quickly and act with confidence.Education & ExperienceRequiredMasters degree with 2 years of experience or Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience in business analytics portfolio insights or decision support.Proven experience with forecasting segmentation and profitability analysis.Strong skills in SQL Power BI or Tableau and Excel.Experience working in cloud data environments such as AWS Hadoop or Snowflake.Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Curiosity accountability and a builder mindset.PreferredExperience in financial services FinTech or customer analytics ideally within banking or wealth management.Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce or Adobe.Why Youll Love Working HereYoull join a team that supports your growth values your ideas and empowers you to build new capabilities that shape the future of our Private Wealth business.
