We are currently seeking a full time contract resource working in a Data Center. Position: Data Center Engineer Location: Austin, TX Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00-6:00 Start Date: As soon as possible Employment Type: Contract / Full Time (depending on engagement) Hourly Pay Rate: $55.00 About the Role: We are seeking a hands on Data Center Engineer / Technician to support daily operations within a high performance data center environment. This role involves a mix of hardware support, cabling, troubleshooting, and general data center maintenance. Candidates must be reliable, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced technical environment. Preferred Experience: Prior experience working in a high density GPU data center. Familiarity with enterprise server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro, etc.). Understanding of fiber types, polarity, and best practices for handling MPO/MTP assemblies. Experience in environments requiring precision, uptime awareness, and strict operational discipline.
