As we continue to grow we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Center Facilities Site Lead/Foremanto join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.Data Center Facilities Site Lead/Foreman:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Lead/Foreman with HVAC qualifications to lead a team of multi-skilled operators in a data center environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating overseeing and performing preventative and corrective HVAC maintenance while ensuring all facility-related operations are conducted efficiently and safely. This role requires technical HVAC expertise strong leadership capabilities strong organizational skills and proficiency in communication and computer-based systems to support data-driven maintenance planning and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Supervision and Coordination:Actas the primary point of contact between the field team and client or projectleadershipLead and supervise daily HVAC-related maintenance activities ensuring adherence to schedules safety and quality standardsLeaddaily briefings and communicate ongoing or emergent HVAC issues to stakeholdersProvide guidance and mentorship to team members ensuring proper techniques and safety practices are followedDelegate and monitor work orders track completion and ensure proper documentation of maintenance tasksMonitor HVAC performance and lead troubleshooting efforts coordinating with team members to resolved complex issuesFacilitate coordination planning and escorting of maintenance personnel to ensure timely completion of tasksMaintain work order priorities and schedule tasks accordinglyOn occasion serveas a point of escalation for HVAC/Facility emergencies providing leadership duringafter-hours or critical eventsProvideinput for performance reviews and training plans for techniciansFoster a collaborative environment that supports safety accountability andcontinuous improvementMaintenance Activities:Perform or oversee heat exchanger cleaning ensuring optimal performance and efficiencyPerform and oversee minor electrical and plumbing work related to HVAC systemsCoordinate air filter replacement utilizing Google-provided filters as neededSupervise cleaning of cooling towers and generator rooms to maintain operational integrityConduct or supervise general maintenance tasks on golf carts lifts bicycles and doorsConductfacility walkthroughs ensuring the workspace is clean organized and safePerform a wide range of maintenance repair and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of business facilitiesSupportbroader site maintenance projects as needed collaborating across tradesAdministrative Duties:Handle administrative tasks including time approvals communication within the chain of command and liaison with on-site maintenance planners and clientsUtilize computer-based systems (CMMS platforms Google Suite etc.) to manage workorders preventive maintenance logs and HVAC performance dataCreate and submit weekly progress reports to site management including recommendations for system improvementsUse digital tools for vendor coordination procurement tracking and compliance documentationMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of HVAC operations asset history records of maintenance activities equipment status and inventory levelsQualifications:Experience: Minimum of five (5) years HVAC maintenance experience three (3) to five (5) years in facility maintenance experience and two (2) years in a lead or supervisory roleTechnical Skills: Expert-levelknowledge in HVAC diagnostics maintenance repair and preventive care with attention toenergy efficiencyLeadership: Proven leadership and team management experience in a skilled trade environment with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectivelySafety-Oriented:Deep understanding of OSHA standards and commitment to safety in all operationCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead teams and engage with clients vendorsand leadership effectivelyOrganizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks manage resources efficiently and meet deadlinesProblem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address all maintenance issues resolve complex HVAC and facility issues and implement effective solutionsSoft Skills: Strong Leadership Skills Strong Technical and Non-Technical Communication Problem Solving Adaptability Time Management Attention to Detail and a Strong Customer Service BackgroundLicenses/Certifications/Eligibility: High School Diploma or GEDValid Driver LicenseOSHA 30 CertificationAny relevant certifications (electrical plumbing mechanical etc.) or any licenses related to maintenance and supervision are not required but a plusPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment up to 40lbs.Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipmentAbility to stand for long periods of time in various work environmentsAbility to bend stoop kneel and reach for equipment related tasksBasic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quicklyAbility to move quickly and efficiently withing various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies.Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectorsClear vision with or without correction to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glassesAbility to differentiate between color-coded warning signs labels and cablesAbility to work in environments with a wide variety temperature inside a facilityAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditions including extreme temperatures rain or snowCapability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protectionPossession of a valid drivers license for
