Coordinating hardware installations cabling repairs shipments and all other IT-related requests from our Network Linux and Windows teams will be among the top responsibilities.Additionally the candidate will be responsible for managing all technical spaces and assisting with IT-related requests in our Northeast offices.Additional responsibilities include:Physical Security and Building ManagementManagement of projects regarding construction/expansionsInfrastructure documentation and contract managementWork in a corporate group to further develop group-wide standardsWorkplace ManagementCoordinate workplace setups moves and transfersKeep floor plans and other office documentation up to dateWhich skills are required:3-5 years experience in an IT-related fieldBachelors degree in information systems or a related field preferredStrong organizational skills as well as the ability to multitaskTo be successful in this position you will have the following:Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills.Outstanding organizational and time management skills.If you are motivated have initiative and are analytical and methodical we can offer you a position that will be both challenging and rewarding.
