About the RoleAs the schools Data Coordinator you will lead all MTSS Academic & SEL data systems ensuring staff have the tools training and insights needed to support every student.You will: On-Site (36 Visits Per Year) Facilitate weekly MTSS data meetings with teachers & administrators Observe classrooms and guide data-driven instruction Lead 3 full-staff trainings (beginning mid-year end-of-year) Collaborate face-to-face to strengthen Tier 1 Tier 2 and Tier 3 supportsVirtual (Weekly) Deliver weekly virtual coaching sessions Provide email/video PD tidbits resources and guidance Build and maintain digital data dashboards Produce monthly analyses trend reports and board/Cognia-ready summaries Host virtual MTSS meetings and intervention planning sessionsThis role is perfect for a professional who enjoys both in-person school engagement and flexible remote work. What You Will AccomplishYou will: Build a district-level MTSS data infrastructure Train staff in data literacy and intervention planning Analyze FastBridge NDA attendance and behavioral data Prepare monthly quarterly reports for administrators Support compliance documentation and IEP/504 alignment Improve academic and SEL outcomes for the entire schoolYour impact will directly contribute to increased student success and stronger instructional practices.
