Analysts identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences utilizing established mathematical/statistical methodologies. As an Analyst you will utilize BI tools (AWS Python R SQL Excel) to create datasets for omni-channel marketing campaigns and extract data for product and customer recommendations. Develop and implement statistical models.Job Functions:Usesbusiness intelligence (BI) toolsets(e.g. AWS Python RIBM SPSS SQL excel and similar)to build targeted datasets for omni-channel marketing campaigns. Participate in data mart queries to extract relevant information and develop recommendations at the product customer segment and business unit level.Uses R and Python to develop test and implement statistical response performance and lookalike models to drive campaign results and product alignment.Partnerswith internal team members to develop KPIs derived from multiple data sources to enable new insights and future decision-making. Basic Qualifications:Education and Experience: Bachelors DegreeSuccessfully completed coursework in Computer Science Mathematics Economics Statistics or related field with data analytics courseworkEducational/Work experience with Microsoft ExcelExperience in R or other statistical modeling toolsExperience in python and other big data tools and languagesExperience of SQL IBM SPSS Access and/or other database structuresor big data toolsPreferred Qualifications:Experience: 1 year of experience in use of statistical modeling tools and big data toolsHighly motivated results-oriented and proactive with an ability to prioritize and manage several projects at onceExceptional attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work well independently and with others comfortable with a high level of responsibility Exceptional written oral and interpersonal communication skills Ability to gain consensus and drive projects forward in a fast-paced challenging environment Deluxe will not offer sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa for this position at this time.
