Job Description:As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Western Lowbeds you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our specialized and superload transportation services nationwide. You will work closely with our operations team to maintain high standards and meet customer expectations.Job Responsibilities:Conduct quality assurance checks on transportation equipment and vehiclesDevelop and implement quality control processes and proceduresMonitor and evaluate service performance to identify areas for improvementEnsure compliance with industry regulations and standardsInvestigate and resolve any quality-related issues or customer complaintsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvementProvide training and support to staff on quality assurance best practicesEssential Qualifications:Bachelors degree in a related fieldStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsExcellent and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of quality management principles and practicesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentDesired Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality assurance roleExperience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plusCertifications in quality assurance or related fieldSalary & Benefits:The salary this position ranges from $68000 to $98600 per year depending on qualifications and addition to competitive compensation we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance retirement plans and paid time off.
