Job Description

Job responsibilities include:

• Ability to take appropriate action based on the results of member information that has been screened against external state/federal databases.
• Complete the eligibility determination process.
• Generate case disposition letters
• Perform data entry functions with the use of imaged documents.
• Accurately data enter all appropriate information.
• Implement data entry requirements in a timely manner.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management.
• Maintain performance standards established for the position.
• Recommended 35 WPM typing speed.
• Responsible for all activities associated with eligibility application screening.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

Educational and experiential requirements include:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people.
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Must be computer literate and possess the ability to quickly learn other software programs.
• Ability to learn skills needed for quick and accurate data entry.
