Job Description: The opportunity: Do you enjoy organizing information and ensuring accuracy As a Data Intake Associate for our Claims Services team youll play a key role in supporting Stop Loss and Health Claims. Youll be responsible for reviewing submitted reports and entering them into our system ensuring everything is set up correctly. Youll also create claimant profiles and handle any unique data entry this role youll delegate less complex reporting to Data Intake Administrators.How you will contribute:Accurately process all types of data submissions determining if the information is a clinical summary detailed report correspondence etc.Possess proficient knowledge in the Data Intake policies and proceduresDemonstrate the ability to adapt to new business processesAct independently or in a team when processing data submissionsUnderstand the importance of accuracy when processing data received and appropriately allocates resourcesIdentify less complex data submissions and follow up/monitor with Data Intake AdministratorsReview error trends and positively support team developmentMeets established metrics for production and accuracyCommunicate regularly with Data Intake Consultant to raise process concerns or escalate submissionsWork with Team Leads to identify training opportunitiesEngage in development opportunitiesGenerate continuous improvement ideasWhat you will bring with you:Ability to work with a diverse range of people1-3 years of claims data experience preferably in Healthcare Stop Loss or related product insurance fieldStrong attention to detailExceptional accuracyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to decipher clinical summary data from detailed claims dataSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong interpersonal customer service and organizational skills.Salary Range: $38200 - $51600At our company we are committed to pay transparency and equity.
