No matter how large we grow, Citizant will retain its collaborative, supportive, small-company culture, where successful team effort to address external and internal customer challenges is valued above all individual contributions.Job DescriptionHybrid work environment (combination of virtual and in-office support).Relevant Experience:Working knowledge of transactional or dimensional data store designWorking knowledge of ETL processes (desirable but not required)Expert knowledge in physical, conceptual, and logical data modeling (using tools such as Erwin)Strong understanding of the IT systems development life cycle and hands-on experience in software developmentAt least 1 item from the Desired Skills list not covered by another team member5+ years of relevant experienceQualificationsDesired Skills and Relevant Experience:Experience in supporting an enterprise data management or data governance program, including:Establishment of processes, policies, and organizationsPrioritization of objectives based on cost versus benefitDevelopment and execution of stakeholder engagement strategy and communicationsExperience in designing Big Data environments utilizing distributed processing, graph databases, and AI.Experience in the creation of IT data exchanges adhering to National Information Exchange Model (NIEM)-based data structures and architectures, including creation of NIEM DomainsExperience in implementing formal data quality improvement programs (data profiling, monitoring, reporting)Experience in implementing automated testingExperience in implementing DevOps or DevSecOpsRequired Education:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fieldClearance Requirements:U.S. Citizenship is requiredStarting Salary Range:$100,000k per year - $120,000k per year (depending on experience)Citizant offers a competitive benefits package, including:Medical, Dental, andVision Insurance401(k)Generous PTOCompany-paid life and disability insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Additional InformationCitizant strives to be an employer of choice in the Washington metropolitan area.
