Job Description
As a Data Validation & Analytics Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy integrity and relevance across enterprise systems. You will design and execute validation protocols collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making. Your role is central to maintaining data quality and driving operational excellence within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive validation frameworks and testing methodologies to assess data accuracy completeness and consistency. Conduct systematic data audits and reconciliation processes across various data sources (databases APIs ETL pipelines spreadsheets). Identify investigate and resolve discrepancies anomalies and data quality issues. Cleanse transform and standardize datasets to prepare for analysis or reporting. Collaborate with data engineers analysts and stakeholders to define validation criteria and data quality standards. Create dashboards reports and visualizations to monitor data health and validation outcomes. Document validation processes findings and remediation actions in a clear and structured manner. Continuously refine validation workflows and automation scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science Information Systems or a related field. 3 years of professional experience in data validation data quality or analytics roles. Proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases; experience with Python R or similar for data cleaning and analysis. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau Power BI or Looker. Strong analytical problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to document processes and communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders. U.S. residency required; applications from outside the U.S. will not be considered. Compensation & Benefits: Annual Salary Range: $85000 to $110000 commensurate with experience and location. Performance Bonus: Eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to 10%.
